Judge formally dismisses Reflecting Pool charge against Olympian

Federal prosecutors in Washington, D.C. charged four people, including Olympic canoeist David Hearn, with vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The U.S. Attorney's office later dropped all charges. A judge has now formally dismissed Hearn's case.
