NH judge rejects bid to block school tax cap question from November ballot

New Hampshire voters will decide whether to cap property tax spending on public schools in their towns. Someone challenged this ballot question in court, asking a judge to remove it from the November ballot. A Merrimack County Superior Court judge rejected that challenge, allowing the question to proceed.
