Johnstown man gets probation after inappropriate relationship with student
A former Johnstown teacher was sentenced on Tuesday to 3 years of probation after admitting to having inappropriate communications with a student. Investigators said Scott M. Jeffers had communicated with a student under the age of 17 via social media, text message and calls in person.
