Iryna Zarutska’s family sues North Carolina city over her murder

A 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee named Iryna Zarutska died in a stabbing on a Charlotte light rail train. Her family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Charlotte and its contracted light rail security company, saying they failed to keep passengers safe.
