Iran moves to block US, Israeli shipments from Strait of Hormuz

Iran is reportedly working on a deal with Oman that would let Iran control access to the Strait of Hormuz, a major shipping route. Under the proposed arrangement, Iran would bar U.S. and Israeli ships from using it and charge other hostile countries for passage.
