ICE detainment reach second-term high for Trump administration: Report

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested nearly 50,000 people in July, its highest monthly total under Trump's second administration. Many of those arrested had no criminal records, only civil immigration violations. The White House is pushing ICE to meet higher arrest targets.
