ICE agent charged with Minnesota shooting released from jail in Texas

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer was charged in Minnesota with shooting and wounding a man and then lying about it. A Texas judge refused to force the officer's extradition to Minnesota, and he was released from jail. Minnesota and Texas officials appear to disagree about whether he should face charges there.
