Hungary’s Orban continues to block Ukraine loan at EU summit
EU leaders are accusing Hungary’s Viktor Orbán of blocking major aid to Ukraine to score points at home ahead of elections next month. The leaders who were gathered in Brussels for a summit on Thursday say that he is reneging on a deal they reached in December.
