Heavy rain and winds to hit Hawaii less than a week after damage from Hurricane Lala

Hurricane Lala hit Hawaii's Big Island last weekend, causing flooding, power outages, and at least two deaths. Now, less than a week later, another tropical storm is expected to bring more heavy rain and wind to the same area still recovering from the first storm.
