Haitians in Ohio who lost protected status get ankle monitors instead of ICE detention

Haitian immigrants in Ohio who lost their protected legal status are now required to wear ankle monitors and report to immigration officials instead of being held in detention facilities. The requirement applies to Haitians in at least Springfield and Columbus.
