Gov. Newsom signs “Braun's Law” DUI bill
California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a package of bills aimed at cracking down on repeat drunk driving offenders. The legislation, which includes a bill named "Braun's Law," was prompted by the death of an 18-year-old high school student in Manhattan Beach who was killed by an alleged drunk driver.
