Nicaragua urges ICJ to reject Germany’s bid to throw out Gaza genocide case
Nicaragua has filed a case at the International Court of Justice, the UN's top court, accusing Germany of violating international law related to the conflict in Gaza. Nicaragua alleges that Germany is complicit in what it describes as genocide there and is breaking the Genocide Convention and other international humanitarian laws.
