The Minnesota man who pleaded guilty to killing a top Democratic state lawmaker and her husband arrived in federal court Thursday morning for sentencing. Vance Boelter has admitted to the June 2025 fatal shooting of House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark.
