Former State Rep. Benton violated state law by committing acts of sexual harassment: IG report

A Legislative Inspector General's report found that former state representative Harry Benton engaged in sexual harassment that violated state law. The report also indicated that House Speaker Chris Welch was aware of at least one incident in 2023 but did not address it promptly.
