Former Golden Globes owners sue Penske Media alleging fraud in acquisition of awards show

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association filed an antitrust lawsuit Tuesday against Penske Media Corporation, the parent of Variety, over the 2023 acquisition of the Golden Globe Awards.
