Man on FBI's Most Wanted list extradited back to Philadelphia for rape, murder of five-year-old
Alexis Flores has been taken into custody in Philadelphia after spending more than 25 years as a fugitive, according to authorities. Flores faces charges in connection with the kidnapping, rape and murder of 5-year-old Iriana DeJesus.
