FEMA reviews Hawaii’s COVID funding after Sylvia Luke indictment

Hawaii's lieutenant governor and four others have been indicted on public corruption charges. Some of their alleged conduct involved COVID-19 work funded by FEMA. FEMA is now checking whether that money was spent properly and may demand repayment if it wasn't.
