Family sues High Meadow Resort over overcrowded pool in teen's drowning death
The family of a 14-year-old who drowned while on a school field trip in Granby over the summer is suing the resort for allowing its pool to become "dangerously overcrowded." The lawsuit was filed by the family of E'Mari M.
