David Ellison, who built the entertainment company Skydance, merged it with both Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery to create a new combined company called Skydance Corp. The merger completed this week. Ellison has now announced the executives who will lead the company's movie, TV, and streaming divisions. During the merger process, Ellison met with Donald Trump and addressed questions about whether he discussed CNN's future.
