End to E-Checks could be coming to Northeast Ohio

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced on Tuesday that he has directed Ohio EPA to begin the process of ending the vehicle emissions testing program in seven local counties, including Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit.
