Des Plaines woman identified in fatal Fox River boat crash

A man allegedly operated a boat at high speed while intoxicated on the Fox River in Illinois, causing it to collide with another vessel. A woman in the other boat was killed in the crash. The man has been arrested and faces reckless homicide and aggravated DUI charges.
