Data center NDA moratorium gets do-not-pass recommendation from committee

A bill seeking to ban the use of non-disclosure agreements concerning data centers and other industrial projects received a do-not-pass recommendation from the Joint Policy Committee on the first day of the second special legislative session Wednesday.
