Criminal charges will not be filed in 75-year-old's death after fight with Tim Hortons worker

A 75-year-old woman died following a fight at a Tim Hortons coffee shop in May. Prosecutors in Indiana investigated the altercation and decided not to file criminal charges in connection with her death.
