Courts issue conflicting rulings on Trump executive order restricting vote-by-mail

President Trump issued an executive order to restrict mail-in voting and create a federal voter list. Multiple courts have blocked it, but two appeals courts recently reached opposite conclusions about whether the order can be implemented. The case is now heading to the Supreme Court.
