Chuck Schumer tepidly endorses Abdul El-Sayed — after the guy called for him to get canned

A progressive candidate won Michigan's Democratic primary for Senate. The Democratic leader Chuck Schumer then endorsed him, even though the candidate had previously called for Schumer to step down. Schumer said Democrats would unite across different viewpoints to win the Senate.
