The Chrysler Building, one of the most iconic buildings in NYC and the world, is getting a makeover. Real estate firm Tishman Speyer has finalized a 150-year ground lease for the ultra-recognizable, 77-story Chrysler Building, located at 405 Lexington Ave., at a price tag of $235 million.
