Charge upgraded to murder for accused George Washington Bridge shooter
The charge against a NYPD detective accused of shooting a Con Edison worker on the George Washington Bridge has been upgraded to murder. On Tuesday, a grand jury was presented the charge or murder in the second degree against 62-year-old Victor Romero.
