Measles-infected traveler exposed Amtrak riders across California, including in L.A.
An unvaccinated person with measles recently traveled on Amtrak trains and connecting buses across six counties in California early this month. Health officials are now warning passengers who were on those same vehicles that they may have been exposed to the disease.
