Bronx man faces federal hate crime charges over NYC synagogue attack

A man was arrested and charged with hate crimes after he allegedly disrupted religious services at a synagogue in Manhattan and physically assaulted two people there. Police say the assaults happened during Shabbat services at Central Synagogue.
