Bertha, Minn., man accused in 1995 cold case murder of Iowa woman
(ABC 6 News) – The Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that an arrest has been made in a 31-year-old cold case involving the 1995 shooting death of a Waterloo woman. Authorities from Iowa and Minnesota arrested 59-year-old Kelly Grant of Bertha, Minnesota, in Todd County.
