Berrien County prosecutors: Some names incorrectly removed from sex offender registry
The Berrien County Prosecutor's Office says it has found that some people seem to have been incorrectly removed from Michigan's sex offender registry following a recent ruling by the Michigan Supreme Court that led to the purging of some 20,000 names from the list.
