Average long-term US mortgage rate drops to 6.19%, lowest level in more than a year
The average rate on a 30-year U.S. mortgage fell again this week, dropping to its lowest level in more than a year. The average long-term mortgage rate fell to 6.19% from 6.27% last week, mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday.
