Armed Rapid City man arrested after police pursuit
A Rapid City man is now in Pennington County Jail charged with aggravated assault and eluding in the second degree, according to the Rapid City Police Department. Riley Youngman, 18, was arrested on Wednesday, October 7th, by Rapid City Police.
