Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor granted £302,000 for end of Royal Lodge lease

Prince Andrew gave up his lease on Royal Lodge, a royal residence, and received a £302,000 payout from the Crown for doing so. He then returned approximately $400,000 of that money toward renovation costs for the property, which total around $2.4 million. The funds are now being applied to fixing up the lodge.
