After double-murder acquittal, Tampa rapper found guilty of killing pregnant woman

Billy Adams III murdered Alana Sims in cold blood and caused the death of her unborn child, a jury decided Tuesday. The panel of five women and seven men deliberated for five hours before finding the Tampa rapper guilty of first-degree murder in Sims’ death.
