Atlanta Dream to host Finals Games 3 and 4 in much larger arena after days-long drama
The Atlanta Dream basketball team reached the WNBA Finals for the first time since 2013 after beating the New York Liberty in the semifinals. However, their home games in the Finals were initially scheduled for a small arena with only 3,500 seats. The Dream and the Hawks then secured a larger venue, State Farm Arena with 17,000 seats, to host Games 3 and 4 instead. The WNBA adjusted the schedule by moving Game 3 up a day to accommodate this venue change.
