9/11 victim identified 25 years later with new forensic technique

New York City's medical examiner used a new forensic technique to identify a person who died in the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. This is the first time this particular technique has been used to identify one of the thousands of victims from that attack. The identification happened 25 years after the attack occurred.
