5th Circuit to hear University of Texas System's appeal of campus speech law injunction

Texas passed a law called SB 2972 that requires public universities to restrict certain forms of protected speech on campus during specific times. The University of Texas System challenged this law in court and won an injunction, meaning the law was blocked from being enforced. The University of Texas System is now appealing that decision to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
