2 people rescued alive from tunnel more than a week after deadly Nepal-Tibet flash flood

A flash flood struck a hydropower construction site in Nepal and Tibet, killing people and trapping workers. Two people were rescued alive from a tunnel at the site more than a week after the disaster. Nepal's Army confirmed the rescue.
