At least four dead, others missing in avalanche as severe weather batters Nepal
An avalanche has hit a mountain base camp in Nepal where climbers and support staff were preparing for an expedition. The number of people missing has been reported as at least six in initial reports, with later reports indicating 12 people were swept by the avalanche during severe weather. Rescue teams are currently searching for the missing people on the mountain.
