12-year-old boy shot near park on Chicago's Near West Side: Police
A 12-year-old was grazed by a bullet while playing in a Near West Side park Tuesday afternoon, according to Chicago police. The boy in Starr Park in the 2200 block of West Maypole Avenue at 5:10 p.m. when he was grazed in the thigh by a bullet, police said.
